GAIC has a nationwide recruitment network and in-house testing capability suitable to evaluate the applicants on their working experience, behavior and technical know-how. It has developed computerized applicants tracking system through a main computer and several microcomputers (IBM-PC). This extensive and sophisticated system has made GAIC different from many companies in the manner of updating and monitoring every processing stage which an applicant has to undergo.
